  • Janitorial Supplies and Equipment Maintenance

    Jasper County is currently accepting bids for our janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance. Please email bid to aharrison@jasper.k12.ga.us questions can be directed to Perry Hyde at phyde@jasper.k12.ga.us. Attached is the student count, total building square footage, and carpet square footage. Bids will be accepted until April 16, 2017 at 2pm.

  • March Surplus List

    Information: Items below are open for bidding from March 22nd to May 23rd 2017 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be open at 2:30 PM on May 23rd. Bidders will be notified via phone or email once the bids have been opened and approved. Bids can be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope with Attn: Bid noted on the envelope. This form must be used to bid for any item. Upon successful payment (cash or money order ONLY) to Anne Harrison at the Jasper County Board Office address listed in the attached document, arrangements will be made for the item to be picked up at the Board of Education. Any questions about bidding please email Anne Harrison at aharrison@jasper.k12.ga.us. Questions about the actual items should be addressed to Perry Hyde at phyde@jasper.k12.ga.us.
