The Jasper County Charter System Technology Department is dedicated to servicing the technology needs of its stakeholders.

Technology in the classroom should be a tool and not an obstacle.  For assistance in removing technology obstacles, please open a ticket on our helpdesk.

Need Help? How to Submit a Ticket:

To use the new system simply navigate to the appropriate link for your school. Type your email in the space provided and click "Log in".  You will receive an email at the entered address containing your login link. Once you receive and open the email there will be a secure link to your ticket dashboard. 

To create a new ticket click the “Submit a ticket” button in the top right corner of the screen.

Simply fill the on-screen forms out and click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the screen to create a ticket. 
You may also create a ticket via email sent to the corresponding email address listed above. This method will use the email subject as the ticket summary and the email body as the description. 
Click “Home” located in the upper left side of the screen to return to your dashboard. You should now see your newly created ticket. Additional comments can be added to your ticket as well as self ticket closing if selected.
