My name and I have been a teacher since 1991. I received my Bachelor of Psychology and Sociology from Wesleyan College. I received my Masters of Education in the area of Behavior Disorders, and finally a Doctorate of Education in Child, Youth, and Family Studies. I started my teaching career with the Middle GEORGIA GNETS program; and in 2004, I was blessed to be able to work in Jones County at Wells Elementary School. In 2013 I came to Japser Georgia and have called Washington Park Elementary School home since that time. I have a wonderful class and work with some of the best teachers in Georiga.
Orginally a South Carolina girl, I have lived in the Middle Georgia area for the past 30 years; and my husband of 30 wonderful years was born and raised in Macon. We have two sons and a fantastic grandson. I have been in Jasper County since 2013. I love the people of this county and feel so privilidged to be a part of what is being accomplished here.
