Kindergarten registration for the
**If your child currently attends Jasper County Pre-K 4, you do not need to register them for Kindergarten at JCPS.
We welcome you and your child to the Jasper County Charter System. With the exception of Jasper County Preschool and Jasper County Virtual Academy, all new student registrations are processed through our Centralized Registration office. Appointments are necessary to enroll your child. Before your appointment, please complete the online registration through Infinite Campus. Please read through the list of documentation that you will need to bring with you to your appointment. You may book an appointment using the calendar on this page or by calling 706-468-6350.
The Central Registrar is located in the Board of Education building, 1411 College Street, Monticello, GA.

Registration Information
The following information will help you prepare for your registration appointment.
Once you have scheduled your appointment with our registrar, please complete the online registration. Upon completion, you will receive a 4-digit pin. Please make sure to save this number and bring it with you to your appointment. This number is required to complete the rest of the registration process. You will need to have this completed before your scheduled time with the registrar.
Documents Required For Registration
Please bring the following pieces of documentation to your registration appointment:
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Proof of Residency
- Child's ID
- Immunization Record
- Eye, Ear, Dental Examination Record
- Social Security Card
- Legal Documentation (If Applicable)
