Registration Help

1. Visit our website at jasper.k12.ga.us.
2. Click on the Registration tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Before Your Appointment to begin your student’s registration.
4. Make sure to save the 4-digit PIN you receive during this process.

Please bring the following documents to your appointment:

1. Valid photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport)
2. Proof of Residency: A current utility bill AND lease/rental agreement showing your address (P.O. Boxes are NOT accepted)
3. Birth Certificate or an official document verifying the student’s date of birth
4. Current Immunization Record (Georgia Immunization Form 3231) or a medical/religious exemption
5. Eye, Ear, and Dental Examination Record (Form 3300)
6. Social Security Card (or parents may sign a waiver if unavailable)
7. Previous school records
8. Legal documents such as guardianship or custody orders, if applicable
