Transcript Requests

Transcript requests for students currently in PreK-12th grades are fulfilled by our individual schools. Please reach out to the school your child attended to request student records. 

Transcript requests for graduates of JCCS or over the age of 18, and prior to 2006, are fulfilled by the Central Registration Office. For graduates after 2006, please contact Jasper County High School. 

*Please note that transcript requests can take up to five business days to complete. 

**If your child is a graduate and over the age of 18, he/she must request transcripts their self.
